HB24-1173 Compliance Report Portal

The following form is based on the statutory language of HB24-1173, which directs Subject Jurisdictions to submit a compliance report by March 1, 2026 (one-time, not recurring):

On or before March 1, 2026, a county or municipality that is subject to the requirements of subsection (2)(a) of this section shall submit a report to the Colorado Energy Office describing the county or municipality's compliance with subsection (2)(a) of this section.
