HB24-1173 Compliance Report Portal

The following form is based on the statutory language of HB24-1173, which directs counties and municipalities subject to the law to submit a compliance report by March 1, 2026 (one-time, not recurring):

On or before March 1, 2026, a county or municipality that is subject to the requirements of subsection (2)(a) of this section shall submit a report to the Colorado Energy Office describing the county or municipality's compliance with subsection (2)(a) of this section.

Please attach the signed resolution or ordinance formally adopting the amendments.

For each question in this section, please describe how your code is consistent with each Model Code definition and standard, and provide a code section reference or link. Variations on Model Code language are acceptable as long as the adopted language is consistent with the intent of each definition and standard.
