Until you receive written approval and confirmation from both the Scheduling and Communications Offices, we ask that you do not use {{Title}} {{LastName}}'s name on any invitations, agendas or promotional materials for your event. 


Please do not send any additional invitations, correspondence, faxes or phone calls regarding the event you are requesting. This form is the best and most direct way to submit your request to us.

Note: the Governor and the Governor's staff reserve the right to make changes to the proposed script.


Note: For security purposes, please provide our office with any public materials regarding your event before they are sent out. Our communications team will need to provide approval of any mention of the Governor.


Under Colorado Law no professional lobbyist may offer, give, or arrange to give to the {{Executive}} any gift or thing of value.

The {{Executive}}'s staff must be informed if press/media will be present at this event at least 7 days in advance with appropriate media contact. Last minute changes cannot be accommodated.




You can expect the following time commitments from the {{Executive}} based on the proposed role:
  • Keynote Address: maximum 8 minutes
  • Brief Remarks and Q&A: maximum 15 minutes
  • Brief Remarks: maximum 5 minutes
  • Q&A: maximum 10 minutes
