The Governor's Scheduling Office will contact you 2-4 weeks prior to the requested event or meeting to notify you of Mr. Reis' availability. 

Until you receive written approval and confirmation from both the Scheduling and Communications Offices, we ask that you do not use Mr. Reis' name on any invitations, agendas or promotional materials for your event. 

Please do not send any additional invitations, correspondence, faxes or phone calls regarding the event you are requesting. This form is the best and most direct way to submit your request to us.
