Please complete the following form if you are interested in adding your name to the Cannabis Business Office’s (“CBO”) Program Participant Choice Directory of subject matter experts (also referred to as “service providers.”). In order to be added to the CBO’s Program Participant Choice Directory, you must agree to the Expert Standards and Guidelines, including the CBO Subject Matter Expert Code of Ethics and fee schedule. Joining this directory IS NOT an endorsement by the CBO or a commitment by the CBO to direct sales or any business to your business. Additionally, joining this directory should NOT be construed as entering into a contract with the CBO. Experts will be working directly with cannabis industry “Social Equity Licensees,” as defined and set forth in statute at section 44-10-103(68.5), C.R.S., and also referred throughout as “Program Participants,” who will select the subject matter expert they would like to work with directly. 

Additionally, please note that only an individual expert’s name will appear on the CBO’s Program Participant Choice Directory, not the name of the firm or company with which the expert is associated. 

Finally, the CBO primarily provides services to Social Equity Licensees, and therefore will prioritize subject matter experts who have experience or a focus on working with Social Equity Businesses.
